Shipping and delivery

Delivery charges

• Standard delivery is free when the discounted item subtotal is £75 or more.
• Standard delivery below that threshold is £25.
• Express shipping is an optional £25 paid upgrade.

We do not publish a guaranteed express transit time. Contact support before ordering if delivery by a particular date is essential.

Delivery time

Allow 24 to 48 hours for handling and processing, followed by 5 to 7 days for delivery within the United Kingdom.

Delivery area

We deliver to United Kingdom addresses only. Checkout rejects addresses outside United Kingdom.

Tracking and separate parcels

We email a tracking number after dispatch. Items in one purchase may be sent in separate packages for logistical reasons, so one order may have more than one tracking number.

If a delivery is late or missing

Email theteam@customersupport.care with the order number and tracking details. We will investigate with the delivery partner. Do not place a duplicate order while an existing paid order is under investigation.
